Talk about a customer service-oriented healthcare institution! Here's the big boss coming by just to make sure the hospital is producing healthy babies.
Actually, we wanted to make sure the CEO knew how to hold a baby--it was kind of a secret test of his fitness to be the chief executive of a hospital. Well, Al passed with flying colors, and as you can see, was very proud of his accomplishment.
Al is a wonderful man. They couldn't have picked a better person to run Alaska's largest employer. (Providence has 2500 employees!) I first met Al in the tourism industry and am grateful for his friendship and support through the years.
