Which Comes First? Nome or Baby?
Zack Steer has a heck of an understanding wife. She's due to have a baby March 22nd, but that's not stopping him! If she does go into labor, and if they can get word to him in time, he says he'll pull out--as long as he's not in the top 10. That may not be a bad decision. 10th place prize is probably enough money to pay for some of the baby's education. Zack and his wife own Sheep Mt. Lodge about 2.5 hours east of Anchorage on the Glenn Highway.
