I guess skiing with kids is a little different. Carl didn't even make it to the rise 100 feet away before she'd decided she had had enough. He said, "Well, that does it for that ski--all of 1/1000th of 1 kilometer!" Probably not the best thing to tell me less than two weeks before I join the ranks of fatherhood...
